The prepared formula includes sugar, amino acids and plant and animal proteins, natural sources of vitamins and minerals, auxiliary enzymes for proper digestion and absorption of food. The proportion of ingredients in this product is based on various studies and does not contain any chemicals, preservatives or antibiotics.
How to use:
Mix three parts of the powder with one part of water at normal temperature (preferably cold boiled water) and make it uniform. If the dough hardens, add a very small amount of water to make the dough suitable. Keep the dough for 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature in a closed container (or plastic). This will lead to better material release and more dough use.
Prepare the volume of the prepared dough for one or at most two times and if it is not used, put it in the freezer (the temperature of the refrigerator becomes a place for the growth of cold-loving bacteria and the reduction of the performance of the active ingredients in the dough).
Cover the top of the dough with evaporating paper or plastic to prevent it from evaporating and drying out.
It is recommended to add 1% apple cider vinegar to the dough when preparing the dough (one third of a cup for each kilo of dough) and also to use honey to further strengthen the cake.
Keep away from direct light and at a temperature below 30 degrees.
